AREAS OF RESEARCH IN THE INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES: PARTICULARITIES OF ACCESS

XXI century is marked a with significant development in information technology that now is integral part of our lives. The research of these technologies is related with the advent of networking concepts and constant reality. Virtual reality is a multifunctional space or social networking community. These communities also have their temptations related with the network space, and as a result there are conflicts with the causes and appropriate schemes of their development. First of all, reasons for conflicts are a special access to virtual networks. Some of them have free access, while others are closed and are valid only for a particular group of people. Such networks are created for confidential information that should not be known to the public. The differences in access lead to ethical research that is designed to prevent the appearance of cybercrime, hacking and other types of network crime.

Therefore, such areas of ethical research are distinguished:

- Computer ethics;

- Information ethics;

- Virtual ethics;

- Network ethics;

- Cybercrime;

Computer ethics arises from the computerization of society. Ethical norms are associated with the use of computer technology: the principles of not harming computer-aided, non-interference in the work of others, the prohibition of fabricating data and their distribution network.

Information ethics results from informatization of the society and the emergence of information culture, rules of collection, storage, transmission of information security and privacy. There are international UNESCO INFOethics congresses. UNESCO has introduced the principle of "Information for Life", which connects two important concepts - access to information and its use.

Virtual ethics is associated with multifunctionality Internet space that integrates the communication field, game, entertainment, business and computer database. The Internet can realize unrealized possibilities of personality, form virtual communities, and exert psychological influence.

Network ethics includes global and local networks, where there is a principle of equality of access. There are new anthropological opportunities associated with the global network: multicultural communication, "Network life", "Internet etiquette" (netetiquett).

Particular attention should be given to the "elite networks". They don’t have free registration and you need an invitation or a proper introduction.

Thus the authors try to filter out undesirable participants and gain only "quality audience". There is practical benefit from them too. You can quickly solve the urgent problem, take part in various activities "only for members".

To illustrate the importance of these sites, consider Top-5 "elite networks"according to Statistics | Foursquare:

1. ASmallWorld

This network is one of the first "elite" and are accepted only "people from the world of high art." If you want to join you must be invited by one of the existing members, whose number is about 55,000. But such invitation gives no guarantees the unworthy are not enrolled in ASmallWorld.

2. Beautifulpeople

Social network for beautiful people. To get to it you need to send your photo to the court participants. Did not hit? Do not worry, because the tastes and preferences of the members of a social network can be quite original.

3. Decayenne

This network was founded by three German businessmen about nine years ago. You can get to it only by invitation and it's probably worth it. The creators of the network describe the site as "an oasis of inspiration and entertainment" for "cosmopolitan, independent, meaningful, tolerant and liberal nonconformist."

4. Qube

Social network is quite popular among the business elite. At this site you can find many proposals of exclusive travel and events. The network is a part of the Quintessentially - Closed English club that offers round the clock concierge service class of de Luxe worldwide. Admission to the Qube is by invitation only.

5. Squa.re

Social network for wealthy people. It is possible to find there a lot of videos where participants demonstrate acquired breaking toil assets: cars, boats, accessories, apartments. Admission to the Squa.re is by invitation only.

The topicality of ethical research in the informational technologies is associated with limited access to a range of networks. As a result, cybercrime or hacktivism is growing, which turns from a professional activity into a criminal one. The hackers can make industrial espionage and use illegally the software "Black PR». Extremist and terrorist organizations can create sites, that carry some risk, so there a the need of ethical rules.

Studying this question it’s necessary to note that ethical lines that exist currently should not just be studied but you must be prepared to use them to counter and minimize the losses in terms of national security.
