Requirements for the structure of the article:

Paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6 are submitted in two languages ​​(in the language of the article and in English). (See carefully the sample of the text of the article!)

4. Author or authors. (the left corner of the page, font Times New Roman, font size 14, bold). FIO of the authors (ONLY: surname + initials), in the nominative case, information on the scientific degree and academic title (without abbreviations), next line: place of work or study author (completely without abbreviations), country, city

5. Annotation (in italics, font Times New Roman (Cyr), font size 14, with a paragraph, contains the following elements: body annotations of at least 70 words in volume. In accordance with the requirements of international science-based databases, it is necessary to reflect the subject, purpose of the work, method or methodology the results of the work, the scope of the results, conclusions).

6. Keywords (in the italic language, font Times New Roman (Cyr), font size 14, with a paragraph, at least five words or phrases, separated by a comma). Keywords should not repeat the title of an article.

7. Text in a structured form with the following elements:
7.1. An introduction that includes:

   - the general formulation of the problem and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks;
   - analysis of the latest research and publications in which the solution of this problem has been started and on which the author relies (with references in the text to the sources used), the definition of previously unsolved parts of the general problem to which the article is devoted, the urgency of the problem.
